Details Required for Membership of the GatorJax Online Social Club
NOTICE: Joining GatorJax Online Social Club is a privilege, not a legal right. PFL have the sole right in deciding whether or not you will be accepted as members or not accepted.
All memberships are a ‘paid for membership’ via a monetary subscription. All Members MUST obey the terms of service and members guidelines. Memberships Accounts may be suspended/terminated at any time for not sticking to these terms of service and members guidelines.
Your Details:
All Personal details that you provide are kept secret. This means that the information that can be used to identify you is hidden from view on your account. No member no matter who they are (you, your friends, hackers) can not see your personal details.
Who can see Member details:
PFL Admin and PFL Security and ( UK Police Forces, for the purpose of investigation, criminality, identification and missing persons and other purposes as required ).
Why is this:
Hackers, Fake friends, Companies or worse, Criminal gangs would love to get hold of your personal information to create fake Identity documents or fake social media accounts or worse, Steel your money and property, Open financial accounts and apply for loans in your name and then leave you thousands of pounds in debt.
Public Forum Limited, the owner and operator of Gator Jax have a security department whose job it is to protect you and safeguard your personal information. The Security Team have decided to go beyond the standard GDPR (general data protection regulations) and stop all members from seeing and changing their personal details. So if any member wishes to change or update their information, then members would have to contact Admin to request an update. To do this, members would need to provide their secret password (not the login password).
Personal Details Required for each Member group.
Please read and make sure you have all the required details ready before sign up. The only way to change details afterwards is to contact Admin. You will need your Secret Password to do this.
Verification, Proof of Identification: This could be: a, Drivers Licence, b, Passport, c, National Identification Card. Other options are available.
(if you have the , UK ’CitizenCard’ by YOTI, this is accepted).
We use these details to help verify your identity.
When a member has been verified, a green symbol will appear next to their name stating they are verified.
If a member is not verified then a red symbol will be placed next to their name stating unverified. This symbol will remain until the member is verified.
Regular Members:
Full Name: Your full name.
Email Address: Your email address.
Password: A password (this is your login password, NOT your secret password)
Profile Picture: A current genuine photo. Your Profile Image MUST always be a true likeness of you, without any filters or image modifications. This image will permanently appear round/circular on your profile page. Changing this image will mean requesting a new ID Verification.
Birthdate: The Date on which you were born.
Timezone: If in the UK, you would have the London timezone.
Gender: Female or Male. These are the only choices available.
Profile Type: In this group you would put ‘Regular’.
Secret Password: This is a secret password that only you know, so keep it safe. This is not your login password. Without this secret password you can not change your details and can make your account open to hackers.
Country: The Country in which you live.
City / Address: The address where you live. house number, street name, town, city.
Zip/Postcode: Your Postal Address Postal Code.
Phone Number: Mobile phone number or normal landline number. We can use this number should we need to contact you.
Family Member:
Name: You would put your family name. example: The Jones Family.
Email Address:
Password:
Profile Picture / Image: A family group image is good. This will appear round/circular on your profile. Your Profile Image MUST always be a true likeness of you/your family, without any filters or image modifications. This image will permanently appear round/circular on your profile page. Changing this image will mean requesting a new ID Verification.
Date of Birth: You can put your date of birth.
Timezone: If in the UK you would put ‘London’
Gender: You would chose ‘Unspecified’ as you are a family.
Profile Type: You would put ’Family’
Secret Password: This is a secret password that is different from your login Password.
(we use this secret password to verify that you are the genuine account member in all communications between you and PFL Admin or Security)
Country: The country you are living in.
City / Address: Your full residential address. house number, street name, town, city.
Zip / Postcode: Your Full Postal code.
Phone Numbers: Mobile and or Landline. We use these numbers if we have to contact you.
Parent / Guardian Names:
Children’s Names: list all the names of your children that will be using this membership.
Business Members:
Full Business Name: include spaces. Example, My Company Name.. Not: MyCompanyName.
Login Business Email Address: Used to logi the site.
Login Password: used to login the site.
Business Logo Image: This will appear round/circular on the membership page.
(PFL Admin use Microsoft ‘Publisher’ to create company logos and images, if you need assistance).
Incorporation Date: Date your company was registered into Companies House/HMRC.
TimeZone: (if in the UK the timezone would be London)
Gender: In this case you would put: Unspecified
Profile Type: You would put, Business
Nature of Business: example: restaurant, building company, Scaffolder
Website Address: put: https://www.yourbusiness.?
Business Telephone Number:
Country: you would put the country you are operating in.
City / Address: you would put your full Trading address. building number, street name, town, city.
Zip / PostCode:
Business Registration Numbers: example: UK/ SC, CH-123456789. HMRC-123456789.
(these details will be checked against registration details)
(If you are outside the UK you would put your Registration details as required in your home nation of registration.)
Company Directors Names, Residential Address, Telephone and Email contact details.
(These will be checked against registration details)

Charity Company Member:
Charity Name: include spaces. Example, My Company Name.. Not: MyCompanyName.
Login Email Address: This is your site login email.
Login Password: This is your site login password.
Charity Logo / Image: This will appear round/circular on the membership page.

Incorporation Date: This is the date you registered your charity with companies house/Charity Register.
Timezone: If you are in the UK, you would put ‘London’.
Gender: In this case you would put ‘Unspecified’.
Profile Type: In this case you would put ‘Charity’.

Business Trading Address: Full Address including Postcode.
Business Registration Numbers: Example, UK/Sc CH-123456789, HMRC-123456789, Charity registration number.
(if you are outside the UK, you would put your registration numbers as required by your home nation) These details will be verified.
Charity Registration Number: Example ‘charity regulator’ number: UK-123456789
(these details will be verified)
Nature of Business/Charity: example, animal charity, Hospice or what ever is more appropriate to your charity.
Media Contact Name: Contact name should we need to contact you directly. ‘Required’.
Communication Contact Details: name of contact, Telephone number, Email address.
(Telephone number has to be a direct number, NOT a switchboard number).
Company Directors Names, Personal Address, Contact details: (required).
(This will be: Full name, full residential address, telephone numbers and email address. These are required)
